No I have not heard about anything… Has anyone ask for refund? How long does it take?

The Indiegogo campaign is now over and therefore as of March 11th Philips do not accept cancellations anymore.
Their logistic and sourcing team have already purchased all the components to manufacture the right number of products for their backers, and they have restarted production and shipping after the Coronavirus lockdown.

You will receive your order soon, at which point you can either keep it or sell it.

My order #5894 is apparently shipping back to you.
My address was lock so soon that I couldn’t change it soon enough. With the covid19 I had to go back to my country in France. I tried to change the address from UPS but they blocked it in France and are saying that it’s shipping back to you. :sob:
Where can I give you my confinement address so you can send it back? ( hopefully as soon as possible )

Defined soon, like they said by Christmas? This is really unsatisfactory for any standard. Do we have people here that actually work for the company that can reply honestly.

Hoping for some assistance.

My backer page is telling me that my pledge has been completed, however I have not received anything. I have a tracking number (search is blank when using it) and Fastway couriers have confirmed that my package has been lost and was not delivered.
How do shipping issues get resolved?

Hi there,

Hoping to get some assistance or an update on my order. It is very hard to follow all of the updates and I can’t seem to find an updated list of units that will be shipped (aside from the two lists posted ~19 days ago).

There have only been two lists so far AFAIK, what I can do is try to add the number of lists to the summary thread to give you a quick way of knowing whether you should search for your ID in the lists again or not.

More than that I cannot tell you as I simply do not know, I do not work for Philips and haven’t had a chance to read the latest information shared on this forum today yet.
