I’m having the same problems other people are experiencing.
I have followed all the reccomendetions here:
My PPM doesn’t charge anymore.
No red/blu light at all
The power adapter seems to work, also the cable: I’m using it right now to charge my tablet and my phone
What can I do to get technical assistance?
