Hello, we are planning a performance improvement and small cosmetic update for the Home Screen in the near future, but there will be no new features in this update.

Is there will be any future update or Philips have stopped support for this model. By any chance will get play Store?

Hello, unfortunately the Max will never get the Playstore. Google doesn’t certify Projectors. Only Android 7 or lower can get a hacked PLaystore but in any case the majority of apps on the Google Playstore for Android AOSP are made for tablets or smartphones. Not TV/projectors.

If Google doesn’t certify Projectors, then how come PicoPix MaxTV supports Android TV?

Patrick, this is not Android TV, but Android AOSP which can be certified to get Widevine L1.

I hope there will be an update to fix the autofocus problem that caused the latest v1.3.0 update. :angry:
