May I suggest to your team to assign dedicated technical team in the different country to test trial different apps and localised app on Philip Pico max to fully maximise its potential
I.e. In Singapore
- MeWatch not found in App choices to stream Singapore local TV channel works on both Apple and Android products but not on Philip Pico Max. Attempted to stream via Airdrop and Screen Mirror, it only allows projection of sound and not video
- Viu not compatible which is Asia region top media app which we have membership
- Some app that is available to download via Philip Pico Max Aptoide TV app but not workable due to the need to login to Google account
Looking forward to your update and help on this request. I believed with the localised technical team support it will help to deliver and troubleshoot various issue with different vendor and make things work faster and more efficiently.
