Hi @Philips_Support_P @Philips_Support_T i really need to proccess for warranty replacement of my pico pix max please. it powers off as soon as boot up. it has the latest software updated. software version 1.3. Since the problem started one time it did stay on and was usable for until i did factory reset and the reset went successfully complete. i thought it might have fixed the issue. But after 20mins of use it started to happen same again.
right after boot up, it says power off, shutting down, regardless on battery or charger plugged. please help me what can be tried to resolve the issue. If there is any steps that i can follow please.
