Best way to link Laptop and Bluetooth Speaker with the projector?

Hi all, I’ve just started using my projector and streaming stuff directly on the projector works great (with workarounds for local apps). Now I’m trying to connect it to my MacBook via USB C to watch a video, however it uses the laptop speakers instead of the bluetooth speaker it’s paired with.

Does anyone know what steps I should be taking to make sure it uses the bluetooth speakers instead?

AFAIK Bluetooth Audio won’t work either with HDMI or USB-C, something that came about during the final steps of the campaign when enough money was harvested.

If you can pair your laptop to the speakers and use the projector for just that, projecting, it should work. Albeit there could be an audio lag, you’d have to sync them properly.
