Bluetooth scanning shows MAC addresses instead of names

I am using the latest Firmware 1.2.1

On scanning Bluetooth devices I get list of MAC addresses instead of names which makes Bluetooth useless

Do you have philips hue or something like that?

I have tado° thermostatic valves and philips hue lights, and the ppm bluetooth sometimes shows the mac of the devices
