Crackling sound and jittering picture

I am airplaying to my pico pics Max from my MacBook Pro 2020 and there is a crackling in the sound and jittering picture can anyone help

This could happen if your WiFi environment is very “noisy” or if your PicoPix Max is far from the WiFi router. Try switching WiFi channels, e.g.:

  • If you’re on 2.4GHz, try changing your network to the 5GHz band (since most residential locations have way too many wifi networks on the 2.4 ghz channels).

  • If you’re on 5GHz, try 2.4GHz (since 5ghz has much lower wall-penetration ability, often 2.4 ghz can give you a more stable connection).
