Defective focus

hello! my name is Gonçalo Oliveira, Received PPM 15 ago with focus problem. NO FOCUS. I already email to the support email. I received an awnser to try 10 or 12 times the focus, with no sucess. Just passed 15 days and now more awnsers .
What can i do?

Hi mate, have your tried to use the remote auto-focus button. Another way is to tilt the unit up and down to trigger it’s auto focusing mechanism.
