Confused on which number is which? Follow this thread to understand the 4 numbers being discussed… Only 2 are relevant. The other two can be ignored.

This number is referred to as your contribution ID and reflects your place on the list.

If you cant find your email, you can login to Indiegogo and follow the following steps:

Backerkit

1. Backerkit Sequence #
This number is just the sequence in which you filled up the survey. This number is insignificant as Philips is not using this number anywhere.

Go to https://philips-picopix.backerkit.com/backer/share

2. Backerkit Order ID #
This is another number allocated by Backerkit. This number is insignificant as Philips is not using this number anywhere.

1. Go to https://philips-picopix.backerkit.com/backer/review
2. Click on the Print button on the top right.
   
   
3. In the PDF document it will be the Order# under the Order details.
   

3. Backerkit Backer ID #
This is the super secret, super special number. Philips is currently using this number to share updates. This number is random and the sequence of this number does not reflect your position on the list.

Option 1

1. Go to https://philips-picopix.backerkit.com/backer/review
2. Right click with the mouse and choose View Source or Page Source (depending on the browser);
3. On the newly opened page (you’ll see a lot of code), search for (cmd+F on Mac / ctrl+F on Windows) backer_id .
