Focus will not work (no sound from focus motor) [both auto + manual]

Hello,

US based IndieGoGo supporter whose PicoPix Max has been working great since received. Last night, the auto / manual focus motor stopped working and the focus is calibrated to about 6" from the screen/wall and cannot be changed. Using the remote/touchpad can bring up the focus wheel on the UI, but it doesn’t change when you push left/right, the focus stays the same and the focus motor is not heard moving. I tried resetting to factory defaults and no change. Can someone please advise?

Closing this, I worked with support to troubleshoot and they will be issuing a new projector. Support was fantastic btw, very responsive and helpful.

I have the same issue except - brand new - arrived today. Worked until I did a firmware update. Very frustrating.
