The numbers that they are using are random and the order of them doesn’t meant anything. The indiegogo contribution ID is in order and they are following those numbers in a general sense. No worries, the number that you posted has nothing to do with the indiegogo contribution ID. Also, see this thread: Demystifing Numbers (Indiegogo, Backerkit etc.)

Hi, mine was supposed to be send on April 10th to Italy with DHL. I contacted DHL here and they have not received any package with the tracking number provided by backer kit.
The status has remained like this for a month now. Is the package lost or it was just never sent? I understand these are extreme circumstances but it I would say that my concerns are reasonable.
Please let me know if I need to make a complaint in order for a new delivery to be made.

No need for concern, only patience. As far as Backerkit is concerned you’ve been fulfilled, so it marks the project as a Past one. Receiving the shipping label means yours has shipped, it’s just not with you yet.
@dzianina Jan, please check this link: https://community.philipsprojection.com/t/how-to-find-your-backerkit-id/5181?u=ivog carefully because that number you posted does not look like a Backerkit ID but rather an order number which is irrelevant (see this explanation: Demystifing Numbers (Indiegogo, Backerkit etc.))
Then once you’ve found the right number check the lists again. Although with a Contribution ID as high as yours (15882) it will probably take a few more rounds before yours is listed.

I am in list 2 my backer id is 15588956 , before couple of days somone from philips talk with me and told me that my goods are already in HK and i should get another email from backerkit with a new tracking number
From some reason the old tracking number is not activate

I am backer 15588975, already found my number on list 2.
I received an automated message that the “instruction data for the shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically on 10th of April. I am located in Italy and it should come via Germany.
I patiently waited for more than 4 weeks for a status update but unfortunately there has been none.
Given that the tracking status didn’t change All this time I also contacted DHL that have confirmed that they haven’t received anything yet.
At this point I do not know whether I should stick to waiting or raise concern since this batch might have been lost, misplaced, etc.
An update on the situation would be most welcome.

no no, all products for EU (even CH), are going through Germany. So mine is still there… I don’t have time to call DHL for me frankly speaking. I will receive it when I will receive it. I’m pushing for you, not for me
@Philips_Support_N I understand that the situation is beyond normal at this point but, at least we know that the shipment is indeed in Germany and for some reason delayed there?
