Even though the tracking label is generated and made available as soon as it is Sorted and labeled by forwarder, the tracking details become active only once it reaches the final shipper.
The final shipper will say they have not received the packages because technically they have not received it.
Currently there is a information gap with the Interim forwarder where the team is facing challenges in getting the right updates from them
Some tracking numbers are getting updated as they are being received.
Glad to hear that, unfortunately there is nothing you can do but wait for it to reach Germany warehouse.
Go through the Delays in tracking explained section in the News link on the top right corner. It will give you an idea on how long it took to Germany in the last 2 cycles.
I’m not sure what happened to the one scheduled for 22nd. Don’t know if I’m supposes to receive a tracking or not. I’m OK with waiting, just want to know if there is a problem or not. I’m 16708. Can someone assist with this?
What i understand is that the forwarder has not provided the labels to Philips yet and which is why we don’t have a tracking number. Also they are not currently responding so there is no timeline when this will be updated.
