How to arrange apps on the front screen

I know, this is a question on Android in general, but as I come from the iOS world, I have no clue.

How do I arrange the order of the apps shown on the front screen?

It’s not possible yet, soon there will be a change allowing the most recently used apps to float to the top. At the moment it’s being done alphabetically*
