How To Get Support To Respond For Broken PicoPix Max?

Tried contacting support via their suggested channels 7 times.

Sent video that the projector came broken. Have had it for a month and it freezes on bootup and if it does make it past bootup the UI doesn’t show up, have sent video of the issue and simply need a replacement to be set.

Still haven’t gotten this resolved. I don’t want to refund, I just want a working product.

Seriously guys I’ve gone after every possible support channel possible and have been crazy patient trying to get this resolved. Come on now, just come through and send a replacement.

Shouldn’t these issues go in a completely separate topic so we can clearly see the different issues (as this isn’t a technical topic per se, but important none the less)?
