How to trigger the “menu” while watching the movie in netflix

I can’t trigger the menu to change the language or subtitle with remote control while watching video on Netflix. Any tips?

I’m hanging the projector, so way to use the panel

Use the remote control move cursor button (Arrow symbol on top right) to select the menu and other subtitle options.

I tried to use the cursor on remote, but it has nothing happened after pressing the cursor, does it mean my remote has problem?
