Backerkit does not show Contribution ID. You are making the usual mistake of confusing Backerkit ID with Contribution ID (available on Indiegogo). No worries, many people made that mistake, it was confusing for a long while.

Yes, we know. This means that you were the 11131st user to answer the survey - not the 11131st backer of the campaign. The survey answering order is completely irrelevant. Did you read the link I posted a couple of messages earlier?

I emailed screeneo on the 13th of May. No response.

I’m listed in spreadsheet with “sent” orders (https://powerdata19-my.sharepoint.com/:x:/g/personal/ndekli_screeneo_com/Ec7wcDBslupLsv3gJ17o7-cBvivTG1TP7MJSJGf2z2Nk3Q?e=NcVgi5) for quite a long time (few months now I guess), but the last status update on backerkit shows me that address has been locked, but order has not been shipped.It also says that it’s last updated at November.

How can I get tracking number (if available) or get some status updates? I haven’t received any notifications neither from backerkit nor from any postal services
