im just trying to find out whats up with my order. Its been 15 days since i got the " your item has shipped "email, and still i havent gotten a tracking number. Most people i have seen got it after a few days. my concern is, if it really shipped or not. How long is shipping taking for other US backers
What happens when you click on the link in the mail, the one with the text “Track your packages on BackerKit” and that’s supposed to lead to the page with the tracking number?
Your tracking number was not sent to you in a mail, but the mail you’re referring to is inviting you to go check your Backerkit account to find your tracking information, like @djupsjob explained to you.

It takes me to the dhl page but nothing comes up. The fill box is empty
DHL was having maintenance work apparently, I just clicked on the link and it shows your tracking.
Not to worry. It seems to be working now. Weird i tried yesterday and got nothing. Either way thank you for the help and im excited to get it. Have a great day and stay safe with all this crazy going on
