I just experienced this loud rattling noise on my less than 2 week old picopix max which occurred while watching a show. The app just closed abruptly and only blue screen displayed then the loud rattling noise started. I had to do a force shutdown, then all started working fine once powered back up.
Was this before or after you turned off the screen saver feature?
