Hi I bought a Philips Neopix easy+ 2 days ago and the sound quality is so poor that it is almost on mute. I tried turning the volume to max and it’s no good. I use hdmi cable through my iPad. I even tried with a Bluetooth speakers and it makes no difference. Can someone help? Thank you

Also, if you tried with a BT speaker, put the volume of the projector at 100% and your BT speaker as well, we need to understand the cause of it.
