I failed few times to update it to version 4.16.4 build 200217
netflix should not be updated. So this is not a bug.
The app version that the 1.10 update supplies is hacked to enable hardware acceleration and the one’s you can find available are not.

Don’t force to update it. I did it once and had to reset the device to factory settings.
The netflix app is patched to work perfectly with the PPM and doesn’t require any update.
