My PicoPix Max arrived today. It powers up correctly and is connected to the Remote. However, it cannot see any networks, even when placed next to the hub. It will not connect if the network details are entered manually. Is there anything I else I can do to make the unit work properly? If not please could someone tell me who to contact to get it exchanged?

Manual input doesn’t work?
It is a known bug in the previous versions.
You can try going to Settings >> About and press the software version repeatedly until a menu appeaes on the right side. From there you can find the wifit settings which will hopefully find your wifi networks.
