Projector not working

My newly received PicoPix Max projector is not working.
The cooling fan turns on but there is no light.
I tried contacting Phillips’s support without success.
Does anybody know how to return the defected item or replace it with a working model?

Thank you all for trying to assist. @MM2020, please try the troubleshooting steps and if you’re still experiencing issues, you might have to write to to report defective unit. They will be able to assist you with next steps.
