I typically leave my projector plugged in, aimed at the wall. After regular use, perhaps 3-4 hours a week, the bulb no longer turns on when the projector is on. I was watching netflix via the on-board app, and suddenly the image started showing vertical lines in it. I turned off the projector via the remote, and when I turned it back on, the image failed to project.
The projector is on and charged, as it is and has always been plugged in, and when I turn it on, it connects to my bluetooth speaker. The only issue is that the image does not project.
Is there any further troubleshooting I can do, or how can I get a replacement sent to me?
