the mouse control of my remote control was very well. However, the sensitivity of the mouse was very low yesterday, (i can hardly control the mouse) and then the mouse is lost this morning, which i can only use the button on the remote.
what would be the cause? what should i do? Thanks
Maybe the battery is running out?

I didn’t replace the battery finally, but i clean the dusk on the touchscreen of the device. then it works… huh…
