my PPM have arrived from Hong Kong and it is stuck at Lithuania costum-house. They are asking to pay import taxes. As I understandt correctly EU shipments should be shipped from warehouse in Germany to awoid this.
So why did you send mine from Honk Kong? And what should I do? I definitely do not want to pay extra 100 euros.

Hi, I received a tracking number from the Betty list on 18th May, but it doesn’t work on the dhl.com website. On dhl.de it asks me to enter my post-code, but when I do this it says “Your input was incorrect.”
Can you please verify that I was given the correct tracking number or advise me what postal code I should enter into the DHL website. Alternatively, I am happy with just getting some tracking update on my package.

A DHL tracking number is generated in China when the deliveries are prepared (boxes labelled etc). Then a large consolidated shipment of several products is made by our forwarder from China through HK, through Belgium for customs clearance, to their warehouse in Germany. In that warehouse the shipment is broken down into the individuals deliveries and they are picked up by DHL Germany and delivered throughout Europe. You will not see more information on your tracking number until DHL Germany picks it up. It has been taking 2-4 weeks for the goods to reach DHL Germany, so you could expect to hear some news from DHL in about two weeks.

Nice, I’m seeing on the tracking page that I’m supposed to get the shipment this Thursday - didn’t expect that yet, thought I was in the batch that just shipped today. I’m not getting my hopes up too much, there could still be some sort of delay, but would be a nice surprise indeed!
Indiegogo 10429, was supposed to be in the original list 3 originally aimed to ship 18 May, I think that’s Jordan now? Current status changed today, says it’s been processed in Cologne.

I guess Chinese didn’t realize that you are part of the European Union. I see you paid us €92 tax when you bought the PPM. I understand from Nono that we can reimburse the tax paid back to you credit card. So you could pay the 100 and get 92 back from us.
Ivo, you have had some similar cases in Switzerland. Didnt you say that they can receive the product but refuse to pay the extra tax?

Well, I got a few who said they could no longer even pay for it online after a few days had passed. But that’s not a clear waiving of the fees, they could still get charged via postal mail for instance.
Yes, I’m aware of shipping costs. This just doesn’t seems right for me to pay taxes twice, because some chinese guy made a mistake.

Looks like the Betty shipment has arrived and is being processed in Köln. Only a few days now hopefully.
What am I going to do with my time when I don’t have to come on here several times a day to find out what’s going on 
I just received a mail from Bpost in Belgium. Saying that my PicoPix Max is on it’s way 
wasn’t expecting this looking forward to testing it.
