Они используют DHL, а он сейчас временно не отправляет в Россию и ещё несколько стран, типа из-за пандемии. Сколько этот запрет продлится - они сказать не могут. Как минимум до лета можно не ждать. Я тоже в сентябре заказывал. Деньги тоже возвращать отказываются, игнорируют все вопросы об этом.
Они не могут чёткого ответа дать…Я уже не знаю, что делать
