We’ve made SmartTubeNext beta version available to PicoPix Max (install from Home Screen - cloud apps).
We’d appreciate if you could test it out and give us your feedback. We are considering replacing SmartYoutubeTV (that’s preinstalled) with this version instead.

That’s a good idea since the previous one is unmaintained now and this is the developer’s new project. The UI is a bit more different than standard Youtube TV UI though. But it works really well.
TV pairing doesn’t work in my test but that’s only in Bluestacks (Android emulation).
Hello, we’ve tried with our account and everything is OK.
Videos are even playing smoother than before
I tried it for a few days and I really like SmartTubeNext.
I will keep using this one instead of SmartYoutubeTV.
It has so much more options and I find it smoother.
The Link TV feature for casting YT video’s to the PPX is working great.
Just open the SmartTubeNext app and you can cast from your phone.
I give it a thumbs up if you replace SmartYoutubeTV with the SmartTubeNext.
