I received my PicoPix Max in May. I sendt it back using DHL, and I’ve been waiting ever since for my return shipment. I was going to send a reminder today, but the support site is down…

We are in the middle of transitioning to support.philipsprojection.com which is available for you to use instead.
E-mails to support@screeneo.com will also still arrive at our helpdesk system so you can email there as well.
