To get a refund

Hello,
I would appreciate a response to my refund request here,
3 days no answer, no reaction.

Can you see now how customers get the idea they will be
left out in space once any problems would arise with the device ?

Is this really Philips’ professional attitude - completely ignore any communication ?

It’s has been 6 weeks since my projector was delivered to you in Hong Kong. I returned it for a refund and have sent a number of emails asking when I can expect my refund but have had no response.

Please could you let me know what is happening regarding my refund.
