Tracking number is not working

Please see #4 in the Tracking and Shipping FAQ for an explanation.

You haven’t said where in the world you are, but if you are in the EU your shipment is now in left-most blue box in the flowchart. Your tracking code will start showing progress when it reaches the next step, the first of the purple boxes.

If you are located outside the EU, your shipment is still waiting in Hong Kong to be picked up by DHL. Again, the tracking code will start showing progress when DHL scans it.

Thanks guys for helping out. However none of the information provided applies to Paula’s case. I’ll talk to her personally and try to work out what’s wrong.

I’m in Spain. And the first notice that I had from the shipping was on may 18th, and appar from that, at DHL webside the only update that apper is
“Due to an address error, the shipment could not be processed/delivered. A new delivery attempt will take place.”
When I contact them , they told me that there is no package with that number…

DHL Germany update to my order following “expecting your shipment data soon” this update since 30-May-2020 . any idea what should i do ?

  1. Go to www.dhl.com/global-en/home/tracking/tracking-parcel.html and enter your tracking number. It should start with CR…
  2. Click on “All Shipping Updates”
    2.1 IF you have the same issue like a lot of backers where DHL reuses a tracking number, you’ll see bottom-to-top each shipping status and most probably you’ll see that the package was delivered some time ago.
    2.2 IF you don’t have such issue like described in 2.1, then you’ll have to wait till the German customs release the goods to DHL and then you’ll see an update. Mine tracking shows the same (https://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/tracking/tracking-parcel.html?submit=1&tracking-id=CR071961275DE ) - this is not a problem, but a delay :slight_smile:. Check Tracking and Shipping FAQ for more info on how the process work.

Still waiting the projector. Since the 8th of june, on DHL it appears "

My tracking number says my device was shipped on May 14th. Now it appears that the projector was passed from German to Italian couriers - why this doesn’t make sense? Is this an error?

Please can this be looked into urgently. I am getting quite frustrated and would appreciate this responding to quickly to confirm the status of delivery and to confirm when I can expect my projector to arrive here to me in the UK

Hi, I already did that,
This ia the error in the DHL track and trace web: Due to an address error, the shipment could not be processed/delivered. A new delivery attempt will take place.
But I received the DHL tracking number one month ago! (on may 18th !!!))not just two days as they said at first, or two weeks, like they are saying now…

This is very frustrating, I could understand a 2 weeks delibery… but one month is too much

This last one is working, it’s just not showing any current data yet as the goods still have to be scanned by DHL.
If that’s the last number you got, then it’s probably the correct one to use. Hopefully later today / this weekend(?) they will have scanned the 3390 boxes in this shipment and your tracking will become active.

Hello Ivo, i have the same problem Paula has,
i have received my tracking number weeks ago but it has never worked so far.
I am in France my DHL number starts with CR and it says “No shipment with given tracking number found.” I have no clue where my pp is .
Please help me out, thank you kindly.

Also a friendly follow-up regarding this issue. I don’t know how or where my picopix is at the moment. DHL doesn’t show any info and Philips supposedly sent it through DHL. However I cannot track it. I don’t even want to change my address, just to know where the item is at :confused:
