Hello,
I seem to have found a strange issue. Some apps can easily play and download content to the picopix max, while others the download button disappears. I found by looking at information on apps, some see the picopix as a tablet/phone(allows downloads like Netflix), while others see it as a TV and will not allow downloads(HBO max, paramount, Amazon). Please fix this issue.
