U4 No sound when decoder plugged in. BT not pairing

I just got my Sceeneo U4 today.
When I plug in my DSTV decoder box I get a good picture but no sound at all. Is this a bug, Is there a fix?
When I plug in the Apple TV I get good picture and sound.

I cannot get BT to pair with my Soundcore Rave Neo BT speaker. Any ideas?

Can you check on your DSTV if the signal sent is DOlby Atmos or 5.1? If yes, please select stereo
