It seems the factory forgot to screw the backplate of the adapter. Very dangerous as the plug stays in the socket with open contacts and chances of electric shock if the switch is on.
Will this be replaced
You could DIY it by getting screws of the right length and size, don’t know how long it would take to get a replacement out to you from China. But by all means do open a ticket with support@screeneo.com for this.
If they can’t help you quickly enough I could also send you one of my own, as I do not need the UK plug myself. If it comes to that just send me a PM.
Hey IvoG. Really appreciate your super prompt reply and your offer to send spare adapter. I can find screws at home to fix but will raise a case anyway with Philips
