Unable to connect to Wifi

Hi Guys and Team Philips,

I need your help right now.
After I connected my Samsung S10 to PPM via Google cast, both my device has not been able to connect to my Wifi router.
Signal can be detected, but the status on my S10 wifi says, IP can’t be detected.
My router is both 2.4g and 5g.
Both of it now are not usable on my PPM and S10.

Could it be the Google cast is messing with my wifi settings?

Welcome to the forum. To answer your question, i dont think google cast can affect that.

Can you try forgetting the wifi in the settings and adding again? also maybe reboot your router and /or try a different network, to see if that works:)
