Amazon Prime French user

Hi there I’m a brand new French user just received mine yesterday.
I first start by enabling all my accounts.
Netflix no problème the app starts even if last update seems not being installed.
My principal issue is regarding amazone prime. I can’t manage to validate my account and for sur it is the correct email and password.

Is there anything to do regarding my French account ??
