Amazon Prime issue HDMI

I have issue with Amazon Prime, can`t play video. The message I get is:
“HDMI Connection
There is a problem with the connection to your TV. Try using a different HDMI cable for more help go to

Please try again, usually the second time it works. Seems to be a bug in the Prime Video app.

If it never works, and you also have similar issues in other apps, it could be a defective product (failure to properly set the HDCP key during production). In this case please initiate an exchange under warranty by contact Philips Support.
