Device stuck at customs post - Romania

The device is literally in my country but DHL informed me that it’s awaiting sender’s details aka you must provide them some paper work. No one is reading my emails and after i’ve waited 4 months, now i wait more.

I called DHL and customs post, they said the package was sent from China (i saw this on tracking as well) and that import taxes aren’t paid (backer kit says they are).

What now? Another month of waiting? This crowdfunding was and it’s still a nightmare.

Backerkit only charges and covers the VAT, not the import tax, which is for the backer’s own responsibility.
