HI my faulty unit has been approved for collection. It has the fan on no lamp working fault related to circuit board. I have been told logistics will be in contract they have not and I have sent a number of e mails through support with no reply apart from the automated message that a ticket has been generated. Please can you get in touch so that I can get this unit replaced
