General info about shipment and manufacturing

As per trend it takes upto 2 weeks for it to become active. So I doubt tomorrow is the day for me.

Too bad I was hoping.wd b the same as the europeon trend.

I’m sharing my DHL path.
It stops to the Germany export center but today I’ve received an SMS from DHL (directly) that my parcel will be delivered on Monday 8th.

Yea, i feel you because we are all on the same boat here.
I know that it is frustrating and really hard to wait more than 6 months for somthing that you eagerly waiting for.
This is crowdfunding, and this is the risk we took.
We are in the last phase of this saga, just little more patient and its done.

No updates from the forwarder on that one. We are expecting next flight to go out tomorrow as well. My fingers are crossed. :slight_smile:

also you are getting 1 year old tech which was good 9 months back but there are products on the market that you can buy off the shelf now with similar spec. This journey was a mistake for me. I am not here every day like some ppl, and those flagging comments to remove them because they are upsetting are … funny. Im sure they will remove this post as well.

Received mine the other day (Germany)! Finally😀
First test looks really great. Picture quality is great, autofocus works like a charm, so far nothing to complain on this first quick test. Was a long waiting…but so far looks it was worth it.

We shall see what you have to comment when you finally receive it. Quite sure will be bad review that is not objective based on the product quality. Everyone’s waiting long for their products. You can save such sacarstic remarks to yourself.

Nothing wrong in criticism …As long it is done and answered to.
I don’t know why it’s such a taboo here…
Everyone has been waiting for a long time covid or no covid…Delays have happened costing us Changes have been made …
But slowly they are coming around.
So it’s ok …Let’s take all this in our stride and wait for the surprise to show at our door and hope it’s all worth it…

@IvoGrijt @Philips_Support_N, please, I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks for a response to an email … you announced to ship the last lots … I live in France and my Id is not on any list! and as I said and others too we can now find PPM in stores! it’s not very correct for the community that participated in the campaign … but above all it’s what saddens me is your lack of communication. so please can you tell me what about my lot?

Are you Philips’ employee? The question of his is why the customer who buys the projector from an online store can receive early than him. And the last batch has delayed almost three weeks! It is a shame to the backers who paid in February.

I’m a backer just like you but I backed the campaign much earlier in October 2019 and am still waiting for mine to be delivered. So many people are asking the same question over and over agin when a simple search can reveal the answer.
I can choose to keep quiet and let him wait until someone else replies him or give him a reply to help him out a little bit. So is this also wrong?

Yes it’s a shame that the PPMs can be bought online now. But even for those backers who had backed in Feb or Mar 2020, I would think you guys paid less than the 899 euros which the distributors are selling it for now. Of cos if you tell me you wouldn’t mind paying full price now to get the product immediately, then I’ve got nothing else to say.

Well I chose not to keep quiet and answer part of his question. Is that also wrong to you? Did any part of my reply mentioned not to question Philips at all?

This is supposed to be a community and for people to help each other out. Being critical to Philips or not doesn’t deviate from the original intention of having a community to share and answer each others questions.
