Hey!
I have a backerkit ID of 15830xxx and I’m somewhat a little worried that I’ve been given a weird ID, because it seems SO MUCH higher than the other IDs I see on the lists that have been shipped. At first I thought that this was normal when looking at the first list of backerIDs that have been shipped, but looking at the subsequent lists that have been distributed everyone’s ID seems to be starting with 1557, 1558,1559 in the lists and thousands have been shipped now…
@PhilipsNono, @IvoG please can you advise me if this is normal? I backed late November 2019, so I’m a little bit of a regular to the party

I think this is the first time that you tell us officially that there are devices from list 2 stuck in HK. Before it was only guessing by backers.
And honestly, you should have told that a month ago that there will be different shipments to Europe. But instead you made us believe that our PPM is stuck in Germany while others from the same shipment have already reached their backers.
I slowly start to agree with some of my colleagues in this forum that there is big room for improvement in your communication…
As a conclusion for now: 1.5 months after the announcement of list 2, some PPMs have not even travelled from Asia to Europe.

From my understanding this is normal the backerkit ID is not in sequential order based on PPM but based on all people in backerkit database, from many different projects. So depending on when you actually filled out your survey you could have a 158xxxxxx number, there is actually one on the latest list.
This number doesn’t determine when you get shipped that is still based in your Indiegogo ID and country.
I backed early October and my Indiegogo ID is 16xxx something and still not on a list. I think you have some time to go.

I have a tracking number but I’m either in Asia nor in EU… so where is mine stuck!!! Again I’m in CH… this is outrageous…
1624+104 (104: only HongKong: goods are already in HK) this is shipment which is planned on 10 of May ?

I strongly don’t recommend anyone to back it, specially south americans.
I made my contribution for the campaing in August/2019(my contribution ID in Indiegogo is under 2200), when the estimated delivery date was October/2019. Yes, 7 months has past and I don’t have any ESTIMATED date to receive my device. They said that they can’t send to Brazil, because is one of the countrys that is blocked to deliverys what is a lie, many companys as DHL continue doing deliverys on Brazil.I backed another campaings on Indiegogo after that, from other productors that sends their products from China too, and they sent my perks even with the corona crises, with delay of course, but they were trasparent about the situation and aways gave to me information about estimated dates delivery.
I´m really desapointed with the way Phillips is dealing with that campaing.

I’m English - we like nothing more than being in a queue.
Can’t wait to receive it. Hopefully will be by late mid to June, which is a little later than I was hoping but not too bad.

The fact that DHL is working in your country (or any country for that matter) doesn’t mean that:
- DHL in Hong Kong is shipping large quantities of large-battery-containing-devices to DHL in those countries;
- the forwarder in Hong Kong is shipping large quantities of large-battery-containing-devices to DHL in those countries;
- the shipping of large quantities of large-battery-containing-devices from Hong Kong to DHL in those countries is at a reasonable price level at the moment.

As for items (a) and (b), only @Philips_Support_N can answer to that but they chose silence. As for item ©, that is a risk to production cost which they were aware of just as I accepted the risk of backing the project right before production. All I request is an update about their efforts and progress regarding the so-called “blocked countries”. Thanks for the response anyway.

Never got a backerkit number, even though I completed the survey as soon as I received the email.
Any clues as to when my unit will be shipped to The Netherlands?
