It must have been really difficult to find a forwarder that

• does not speak English < In China, not really difficult at all
• does not provide any feedback or status updates < They do, just not as often as we would like
• keeps promising deadlines which are never realized < Not always their fault, and in the end they do deliver
• collects the goods then disappears from the face of the earth for 3 weeks < They don’t disappear at all, neither do the goods
• does not provide tracking information until the goods have already arrived at the door < They don’t provide any tracking information, what they provide is the number with which to track the shipment. The tracking info comes from the courier service but only once they have the goods in their possession.
  If I were you, next time I would use a different distributor. < We might indeed, or maybe not

They’re not my promises mostly, I’m usually just the messenger. But yes, we will eventually deliver to everyone, even the ones most difficult to reach hopefully.

The batches were divided amongst all countries and backers, so there are EU shipments in the Amy batch also, and the same for all the named batches. So Amy is not solely EU or ROW.

I am getting excited, my PPM is on batch Jordan - waiting for the tracking number to become active!

I fear that the EU backers, including myself, will have to wait a bit longer, as the situation with the customs is not as easy as we thought before and is taking longer than expected to resolve. Once I know more I’ll let you all know.
