I just reinstalled Max (the new HBO Max app) but I noticed that the app is unresponsive to the remote control once you start streaming. I cannot even pause an episode, except by force pausing the app by pressing the home button. No other input from the remote passes. Both the Max app and the projector are up to date and I have had no issues with the remote for any other applications. What can I do?
