Issue to upgrade software

Hi,
Always when I want to update the firmware from the ppm it stop downloading half way and speed slowly drop to 0. I still can update offline but any idea why this happen?

There are already multiple threads about updates. Please search first - almost guaranteed someone already asked and got an answer

By an amazing stroke of genius the update system needs a Tomcat server to serve a zip file statically, because they put custom info in the headers what could’ve been part of the GET request. As soon as my hands are free I will replace it with a faster system. On the server infra it also costs a bomb to release every update.

you might find if you have a vpn it may help with the download speeds

Or actually interfere with the download, try turning it off if on or vice versa.

I’m not using a VPN to update always off for updating. The question is why I need a VPN to update my ppm???

In fact I turn on my VPN and no problem anymore to download…
