One week has elapsed since your last reaction to my issue. Have you managed to unblock the situation ? If not then I’m still requesting for a reshipment of another device in the shortest delays, this situation taking the longest time I’ve ever faced with an internet purchase !

I have not received any status of my shipment details, the details i got earlier were not traceable.
I got a email requesting to send Passport number to enable delivery, after that no news from their end.

I’m still waiting…receiving tracking information back in May but never received my device. I have also written multiple times.
There is no response from anyone regarding India shipment as of date…we are left in the Dark.
An update on the status of shipment delivery can help us.
