Just received my max one today and it does… literally nothing. Well, when plugged in there is a red and white alternating flashing lights, but I’m not sure what that means. I know that flashing lights on the Max means “power supply issue” but not sure for this one. It’s the original power supply and I’ve tried it with the UK end on it and also directly into a US plug and it does the same on both -flash flash. Won’t turn on with button, won’t turn on with remote. Given the absence of instructions I don’t know if red/white flashes mean something! I even phoned the helpline from the leaflet. I’ll give them credit for knowing marginally more than nothing, but they’re certainly not replete with expertise.
Is this thing broken?
