with regard to your request, two (number ticket numbers received from email support) (23925) and (24990), and my information if needed also shown below:

Tracking Number DHL- 2630227202 old trackings which do not work since May, and status in backerkit shows “Your order has shipped”

people in my country already received their projector that mean no problem with forwarder
