Hi, we have Neopix 120 for about 4 months after successfully claiming the Easy2+ model with a black spot in the image after 18 months. However, after 4 months the NPX 120 has started to show a purple spot which occasionally disappears and then reappears. The lens is clean. What should we do? Should we complain again?
Otherwise, the black Neopix models are much quieter and have better sound, less dust staining the image - so we are generally satisfied. Thank you.
