neopix ultra 2 tv npx643 fw upgrade issue

USB upgrade doesn’t work. The USB formatted FAT32. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

Hello @Dada could you please try this:

  • power OFF the projector
  • plug the USB stick into the projector while it’s still off
  • power ON the projector – the power button LED should blink red/white, indicating it’s updating.
  • wait approximately 2 mins until the button LED stays red
  • remove the USB stick
  • press the Power button to restart the projector
