Hi there.
I have finally received my unit and found out that there is no remote controller inside.
My contribution id is 20285.
Please solve the problem.
Make sure you don’t throw the box out, and search it like you’re doing a drug bust, so far everyone that had this issue I saw ended up finding it in one of the small white boxes inside, it might look just like protective cardboard but the remote is small and should be in there

I had the same issue, there was a third thin long white box which had the remote inside
